Church of Maria SS. of Thanks to Cammarata

The Church of Maria SS. delle Grazie in Cammarata is also known as Church of Madonna del Barone because it was cared for by the Coffari Barons. It is in fact a modest-sized building annexed to the house of Baron Coffari and that of Jesus and Mary, forming part of the Trajna house.
The date of construction of the church is not known but it is believed that it took place shortly before 1700. The building was built as a noble chapel of the Coffari family but was used as a semi-public oratory for the neighbourhood.
The simple The façade appears to be leaning against a building along the right side. It is divided into two orders: on the first order there is the rectangular wooden portal; the second order has a curved gable which houses the bell tower in the center with two round arches, which house the bells, punctuated by three pilasters which support the triangular gable.
The interior, with a single nave with a vaulted barrel, houses the seventeenth-century painting of the Madonna delle Grazie.
