City Palace of Licata
The Palazzo di Città is one of the most representative monuments of Licata .
It was built in the twentieth century on the pre-existing church of the Holy Trinity of the seventeenth century, by the architect Basile and represents one of his best works. The bell tower was built around 1942 so the Town Hall took on the liberty look, as desired by the architect's initial idea.
The tower is equipped with a clock with a quadrant on each side , surmounted by the bell complex with support and anchoring structure in wrought iron. The bell tower has floral and rusticated decorative elements in the lower part.
