Raciti Palace in Acireale
Palazzo Raciti in Acireale is a Baroque style building with the first hints of Rococo.
It was built at the end of the nineteenth century at the behest of Baron Don Filippo Pennisi. The owner, a multifaceted character who loved travel, enriched the various rooms with frescoes with oriental-inspired themes, Nordic images and scenes closer to our culture.
The palace is now private property but hosts numerous public and private events.
