Ethno-anthropological Museum in Belpasso
Venerando Bruno di Belpasso Ethno-anthropological and Archaeological Museum is located on the premises of the Lamplighter House and in the courtyard of the Russo Giusti House.
The first seat of the Museum was inaugurated on 25 September 1988 and was dedicated to prof. Giuseppe Sambataro. The museum now houses a selection of the finds from the old collection, together with the objects granted by numerous fellow villagers and those collected by Venerando Bruno from the closure of the old museum, due to lack of financial support from the Public Institutions, until the last days of life. The exhibition aims to offer an overview of the daily life of the town of Malpasso - Belpasso.
Two rooms and an external courtyard host the finds divided into sections, each of which shows a particular aspect of past life.
