Church of San Giuseppe in Biancavilla
The Church of San Giuseppe in Biancavilla is a small religious building that stands in the neighborhood of the same name.
The Church was originally the private chapel of the Piccione barons family, whose palace stands next door.
The appearance of the facade , very simple, is due to a recent restoration.
Inside the church, with a rectangular plan, houses the papier-mâché statue of the Madonna dello Spasimo which is carried in procession on the evening of Good Friday.
