Etnean Museum of Migrations in Giarre
The Etna Migration Museum, which is housed in the Palazzo delle Culture, illustrates the migratory process that has affected the Ionian-Etna area from the end of the nineteenth century to the present day.
The causes of this flow are presented to the visitor in the museum space migration that led many Sicilians to leave their land, numerous statistical data, stories and testimonies accompanied by numerous objects and photographs.
The Museum also includes a multimedia section with documentaries, short films and digital presentations.
