Vine museum in Piedimonte Etneo
The Vine Museum in Piedimonte Etneo displays some objects related to the cultivation of vines and the wine production processes. The Museum is also home to the Pro Loco and the Strada del Vino e Sapori dell'Etna association.
The building which now houses the museum was originally the Bourbon prison. Subsequently, it was used as a fruit and vegetable market, as a fishmonger, as a warehouse and finally as a museum.
