Puglisi Palace in Piedimonte Etneo
Palazzo Puglisi in Piedimonte Etneo is one of the most valuable civil buildings in the Etna village.
The palace, built around the mid-nineteenth century, overlooks the central square of Piedimonte Etneo.
The building, along the main façade, presents a valuable white stone portal dating back to 1920. Of particular value is a large terrace with the ancient loggia with wooden roof which stands out over the historic center and from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama.
Inside , via a marble staircase, you reach the main floor made up of numerous rooms decorated with majolica and frescoed vaults.
The palace is privately owned.
