Randazzo Archaeological Museum
Civic Archaeological Museum Paolo Vagliasindi of Randazzo is located at the Swabian Castle.
The museum collects artifacts from the VI-IV century BC, coming from the nineteenth-century collection of Paolo Vagliasindi, found for the most part in the Sant'Anastasia di Randazzo district. Other objects were brought to light in the same locality by the excavations of Antonino Salinas and Paolo Orsi.
Among the objects exhibited in the museum of particular value is the Oinochoe Vagliasindi, an Attic jug for pouring wine, with red figures on which the rare myth of the Harpies is depicted.
