Vincenzo Florio Museum in Cerda
The Vincenzo Florio Museum in Cerda exhibits a large collection of photos, memorabilia, trophies, cars, books, brochures, famous pilots' suits, catalogues, registers and objects linked to the famous race Targa Florio.
The museum is housed in an old garage that was the headquarters of the Alfa Romeo racing team. Inside the museum there are also large colored models that reproduce some of the most memorable scenes of the Targa Florio.
Among the memorabilia exhibited in the museum of considerable value is the 1926 Targa, the only one to have been delivered by Vincenzo Florio to a manufacturer, Bugatti, which in that year finished in first, second and third place.
