Mocciaro Palace in Gangi



Palazzo Mocciaro in Gangi is one of the oldest civil buildings in the village.
It was built between the first and second half of the nineteenth century by Mocciaro in Neoclassical style.
On the main floor there are frescoed rooms in Neoclassical and Art Nouveau style . Of particular value is the eighteenth-century medallion fresco by Gangi.
The chapel dedicated to St. John the Baptist is annexed to the palace.
