Astronomical Observatory of Madonie
The Gal Hassin International Center for Astronomical Sciences , located in Isnello in the heart of the Madonie , is part of the worldwide network recognized by the International Astronomical Union, the bodies deemed reliable for the execution of observations and measurements relating to the minor bodies of the Solar System.
Inside the observatory there is the Grt, a 40-centimeter wide-field telescope, the largest of the 10 telescopes supplied to Gal Hassin, which it is also used for teaching and dissemination.
