Church of Santa Lucia in Petralia Soprana

The Church of Santa Lucia is located upstream from the town of Petralia Soprana. It was rebuilt around 1640 in the current place, originally it was further upstream. Every year, on December 13, the day of the feast of Saint Lucia, the faithful go to the church where in addition to the Holy Mass, typical products dedicated to Santa Lucia: the Cuccia and the “St. Lucia'succhiuzzi”.
