San Cono was born and died in Naso. A legend is told about his death.
According to popular tradition, when the saint died, the bells of Naso began to ring without anyone touching them. It was then that the inhabitants of the village went to the cave of the Saint and here they found San Cono lifted from the ground, seated and in a state of ecstasy.
