Luchino Visconti, the Leopard and Bisacquino
Luchino Visconti, during the filming of the film The Leopard, visited a watch shop in Bisacquino.
It was Paolo Scibetta's workshop, which has now become the Clock Museum. On that occasion, the director commissioned Paolo to make a clock that was as loud as possible for a somewhat bawdy scene between Claudia Cardinale and Alain Delon: the noise would act as the background. Unfortunately, the scene was later cut by the censors.
