The island of Stromboli and its splendid sea are the setting for the commercial of a Dolce and Gabbana perfume.
The commercial, shot in 2016, stars the Irish actor Colin Farrell. Directed by the Italian Paolo Sorrentino while the print is signed by the American photographer Mark Seliger.
In the spot you can see a sailboat sailing in front of the island of Stromboli. On the dock of the boat there is music, there is dancing. The explosion of Stromboli merges with the rhythmic beat of the music. Colin Farrell turns his gaze to the island moving towards the bow of the boat where there is an elderly lady with whom he begins to dance with tenderness.
