Ethno-anthropological Museum in Centuripe
The Centuripe Cultural Anthropology Collection, housed in the former Municipal Slaughterhouse, collects objects of popular tradition and daily life linked to the pre-industrial period.
The exhibition is divided into different sections: agricultural work, cultivation of wheat and other typical activities of the time. There is also a long and narrow room, originally intended as a stable, which houses the reconstructions of some artisan shops. The exhibition is completed by a stone oven that served the whole district after the war and some transport wagons.
