Church of the Holy Cross in Delia
The Church of the Holy Cross in Delia is a small place of worship which hosts the feast of the Crucifix. It was built in 1925 on the site of a small 17th century church with a terraced roof on which there was a large cross that was used during Holy Week for Scinnenza. Even today the church is the setting for the representations of Holy Week in Delia.
The simple façade gabled, in stone, it has a single portal surmounted by a small window and ends, on the sides, with two small bell cells.
Inside are kept the statues of the Crucifix and the Addolorata of the Ortisei school and a statue of Our Lady of Fatima.
