Living Nativity in Castelvetrano
The living nativity scene of Castelvetrano takes place in the suggestive scenery of the catacombs of the convent of the Capuchin friars.
On the occasion of the Grotto of the Messiah event, over 60 figures in period clothes lend their faces to the characters of the crib with 20 different environments recreated in a workmanlike manner.
During the visit of the living nativity scene they will be able to taste samples of typical local products.
Only on January 6th there will be the parade of the three kings accompanied by the Castrum Veteranum drums that will parade through the streets of the town and they will arrive at the catacombs of the SS.mo Crocifisso Church and at the cave where they will pay homage to the child Jesus with their gifts.
