Egadi Islands Carnival
In the Egadi archipelago the Egadino Carnival is organized every year.
In the islands of Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo there are many initiatives, parades of allegorical floats and masked groups, masked balls, tastings of sweets and typical dishes. The celebrations close with the characteristic rite of the stake "du nanno e da nanna", that is "grandfather and grandmother" Carnival.
