Taormina Carnival
The Taormina Carnival is a highly anticipated event: masks, music and colors mix with the evocative scenery of the historic center of Taormina.
The main attraction of the Taormina Carnival are the parades of papier-mâché floats which alternate with parades of handcrafted masked groups. During the event it will be possible to admire floats of all kinds, many of which depict caricatures of famous people and particularly well-known politicians.
During the carnival celebrations in Taormina, numerous parallel events are also organized, with exhibition and tasting stands set up.
