Sea Festival in Furci Siculo
Sea Festival in Furci Siculo takes place every year in August and promotes the typical dishes and seafaring traditions of the seaside village.
During the event, ancient fishing traditions are recalled, such as the lowering of the Raustina, a particular type of trawl net, with close meshes, which was lowered from a large boat, folk shows and entertainment for the little ones.
Numerous stands will be set up where you can taste excellent dishes based on good fresh fish, stands with local handicraft products and attend musical, folkloristic and entertainment shows.
