The Patronal Feast of San Biagio in San Piero Patti includes a rich religious program and numerous recreational events.
The Friday preceding the day during the celebrations, a first procession of a small simulacrum of the Patron Saint takes place which is carried by the youngest through the streets of the historic centre. On the day of the feast, the solemn procession of the Simulacrum and the relics of San Biagio takes place.
