Sherbeth - Ice cream festival in Palermo
Sherbeth is the international artisanal ice cream festival which takes place in Palermo in October.
On the occasion of the festival, 50 master ice cream makers from all over the world will compete to win the most important prize dedicated to Francesco Procopio Cutò, the inventor of ice cream, and all the Mentions named after the most illustrious characters in the history of artisanal ice cream.
A rich program of events is organized during the days of the festival: conferences, tastings, talk shows, gastronomic workshops, musical and entertainment shows.
