Regional Fair of Salami and typical agro-food products Val di Sant'Angelo

An important regional fair is held every year in Sant'Angelo di Brolo which represents a privileged showcase for Sicilian companies producers of different types of typical products. Over the years these companies have established themselves on markets all over the world for the undisputed quality and genuineness of their products and for the ancient processing techniques.
At the stands it will be possible to taste cured meats, cheeses, oil, wine, honey, sweets and other Sicilian agri-food products.
