Garibaldi demonstrations in Marsala
In Marsala, on 11 May, on the occasion of the anniversary of the landing of Giuseppe Garibaldi with his 1008 men, Garibaldi's demonstrations are organized. This is a series of initiatives aimed at commemorating the landing of the Piedmont and Lombard ships near the port. As part of the event, conferences of the Garibaldi International Center for Risorgimental Studies and other events such as exhibitions, screenings, a historical procession, the Regata dei Mille and the Marathon of the Thousand will be held.
