Christmas in Acireale

During the Christmas holidays, the city of Acireale prepares to welcome a peaceful Christmas made of lights, events and traditions. From the historic center to the suburbs, the magical Christmas atmosphere is ready to embrace the streets of the city.
Acireale presents a rich program of events with polyphonic reviews, art workshops, Christmas concerts, storytellers, opera dei pupi and numerous events for younger ones.
On the night of Christmas Eve, in the splendid Baroque setting of Piazza Duomo, lighting of the traditional "Zucco", the Yule log.
