Saracen Night in Ragusa
Notte Saracena in Ragusa is the re-enactment of the historic battle between Saracens and Christians which marked the end of the Arab incursions. On the occasion of the event, there is a parade of horses and riders in Arab costumes, equestrian games, performances by medieval musicians, a grand finale of dances and belly dancing. There will be no shortage of typical Sicilian cuisine specialities.
