The Verga nativity scene is Verga's original representation within the Nativity.
The Verga nativity scene is the only artistic representation in the world that tells the story of the Nativity within the Verga world: the characters of Verga's most famous novels, which have become among the most representative of the island's culture, take part in this unique representation.
The stories will be accompanied by the sounds of the storyteller, the traditional bagpipe and the folk scores of the masters of Sicilian music. On this journey we will meet the Storyteller with traditional Christmas carols, and the various protagonists of the stories, from Capinera to other names, including La Lupa, Jeli the Shepherd and L'Amante di Gramigna and other novelties.
