The Living Nativity Scene of Camporeale represents the Nativity of Christ and takes place in the streets below the tower of the Prince's Palace, in a scenography that recreates the daily life of nineteenth-century Sicily.
The route, illuminated by torches, will wind through a structure that simulates the entrance to Bethlehem, including activities such as the work of the potter, blacksmith, shoemaker, and other traditional professions, with figures who will animate the scenes. Visitors will be able to taste typical local products, such as ricotta, focaccias and Christmas sweets, immersing themselves in an atmosphere of serenity and spirituality.
