Historical re-enactment in Roccella Valdemone
The Fiera Franca di Roccella 1463 in Roccella Valdemone is a medieval event that recalls the concession of the Fiera Franca to the baron of Roccella Michele Statella by King John I of Aragon.
On the occasion of the event, following the ceremonial handed down in writing, a historical procession will wind through the streets of the village.
At the end of the procession, a great show follows in the square with equestrian performances, dances, flag-wavers and concerts of medieval music.
