17:30 Opening of gastronomic stands with tasting and sale of typical products of the Castelvetrano area and of the Slow Food presidia of Sicily: black bread from Castelvetrano, oil and Nocellara del Belice DOP olive, sardine from Selinunte, mango from Selinunte, typical local cheeses, wine, organic jams and patés, buffalo mozzarella from Poggioreale and with Slow Food products from Sicily: Sicilian black bee, spiny artichoke from Menfi, manna from Madonie, red garlic from Nubia, provola from Madonie, pizzutello tomato from Valli Ericine, nougat from Caltanissetta, sea salt from Trapani, cuddrireddra from Delia, porchetta and cured meats from Nebrodi, vastedda from Belice, truffle from Nebrodi , Sicilian liqueurs and many other gastronomic excellences of Sicily.
