Onion and Oil Festival in Bisacquino

The Onion and Oil Festival in Bisacquino traditionally takes place in August and is dedicated to the excellent product of this area: the Busacchinara Onion, a very large variety flattened at the poles, very sweet to the taste.
On the occasion of the festival, numerous stands are set up where you can taste the Busacchinara onion in many dishes and preparations, as well as other typical local products.
Exhibition stands are also set up with typical local handicraft products, and numerous events are organized such as the Notte Bianca, guided tours, entertainment for children and folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
