Cuddiruni Festival a Ciminna
The Cuddiruni Festival in Ciminna takes place in the month of August and celebrates a typical product of Ciminna gastronomy: the cudduruni, a focaccia cooked in a wood oven seasoned with anchovies, onions, pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs.
On the occasion of the At the festival, stands are set up where you can taste cudduruni and other typical local dishes and products, and musical, folklore and entertainment shows are organised.
