Cuddiruni Festival a Ciminna
The Cuddiruni Festival in Ciminna takes place in the month of August and celebrates a typical product of Ciminna gastronomy: the cudduruni, a focaccia cooked in a wood oven seasoned with anchovies, onions, pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs.
