Cudduruni festival in Aragona
The Cudduruni Festival in Aragon takes place in August and celebrates a specialty of local gastronomy: cudduruni, a sort of focaccia topped with anchovy, onion, pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs. There are two variants: the white and the red, in which tomato is added.
On the occasion of the event, stands are set up where you can taste the cudduruni and other local products and specialties, and folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows are organised.< /p>
