In August, the traditional summer event dedicated to the Santa Ninfa sausage takes place in Santa Ninfa, a gastronomic product of excellence protected by a special Consortium, produced for more than a century, following an exclusively artisanal process. The event includes exhibition stands and sausage tasting along the entire avenue, and various collateral events such as musical and entertainment shows.
