Sweetly Castelbuono
Dolcemente Castelbuono is the Madonita pastry and truffle festival.
The aim of the event is to promote excellent agri-food production through a selection of companies that offer a series of preserved artisanal products, wine shops, dairy products , cured meats and pork butcheries in the Sicilian regional territory. There will be no shortage of stands dedicated to quality Sicilian Street Food and 100% Made in Sicily craft beers.
The festival is not only dedicated to desserts but also to the Madonie black gold: the Madonie Truffle. On the occasion of the festival, quarrymen, tasters and experts present this unique and sought-after product from haute cuisine to the general public.
During the days of the event, stands will also be set up where you can also find artisanal artefacts designed specifically for the Christmas period.< /p>
