Ficodindia Fest is the prickly pear festival which takes place every year in the month of October in Santa Margherita di Belice.
On the occasion of the gastronomic festival, food stands are set up for tasting the prickly pear and jams, mustards, cakes, ice creams and liqueurs made with it. There will also be numerous stands with typical local products and specialties and local craft products.
During the days of the festival, a rich program of events is organized with folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
