Wheat Festival in Mongiuffi Melia
The Wheat Festival in Mongiuffi Melia takes place every year in August and celebrates the ancient grains of Sicily through traditional Sicilian preparations.
During the festival, excursions are organized along the Ghiodaro river, and stands are set up where you can taste dishes made with ancient Sicilian grains such as macaroni and cuzzola.
The day of the festival will be enriched by folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
