Inverdurata in Pachino 2025
L'Inverdurata di Pachino is an event that traditionally takes place on the second weekend of May, and it is a cultural agri-food and food and wine review that provides for the setting up of spectacular plant mosaics. These mosaics are made with courgettes, celery, onions and, of course, with the famous Pachino tomato.
