Seccagno days - Lemon Festival in Pettineo
The Pettineo lemon festival celebrates the Pettineo lemon, better known as Limone in Seccagno, so called because this variety is obtained by depriving the plant of water for a certain period of time.
During the Seccagno days numerous stands are set up where you can taste the typical local products and the renowned Sicilian granita produced with Pettineo lemons, characterized by a unique fragrance and superior organoleptic characteristics compared to the common lemon.
There are also numerous organized folklore, musical and entertainment events.
