Manna Festival in Pollina
The Manna Festival in Pollina takes place in September and celebrates an excellence of the Madonie: the manna, a sap that is extracted from the ash trees present in the Pollina area, today a Slow Food selected product.
On the occasion of the gastronomic event, various stands are set up where you can taste biscuits, cakes, panettone and nougat made with manna and other typical local products.
Folklore, musical and entertainment shows are also organised.
