Matarocco Knowledge and Flavors Festival in Marsala
The Festival of Knowledge and Flavors of Matarocco in Marsala celebrates the culinary traditions of this area. The festival takes place in the Matarocco district, located on a hill behind the city, which takes its name from a traditional summer dish: matarocco, a condiment for pasta and bruschetta typical of the city of Marsala.
On the occasion of the event stands set up where you can taste typical local dishes, products and specialties and musical, folkloristic and entertainment shows organised.
