On the occasion of the celebrations for the Patron Saint Maria Santissima dell'Udienza in Sambuca di Sicilia the Minna Fest is traditionally held, i.e. the Festival of Minna di Vergini, typical sweet of the village.
During the Festival, numerous stands are set up where it will be possible to taste this sweet typical of the culinary tradition of Sambuca di Sicilia and participate in numerous events such as exhibitions, concerts, body art, games and talk shows.
