The Mostarda Festival in Librizzi takes place in September and celebrates a specialty of the Sicilian culinary tradition: the grape mustard.
The event, which takes place in the village of Colla, involves the setting up of a gastronomic village where you can taste freshly prepared mustard and other specialties and typical local products.
On the occasion of the event, cooking shows, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows are organised.
