Must Festival in Rosolini
The Must Festival in Rosolini takes place in the month of October and has as its aim the promotion of the territory and its excellence: grapes, wine and all the typical traditional products.
On the occasion of the gastronomic event a taste village is set up where you can find many typical local products and specialties: grapes, wine, mustada, almonds, ricotta cannoli, fried pizzas, crispelle, mustazzola and much more.
During the days of the festival, demonstrations of the process are also organized of vinification of grapes into wine, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
