Festival of Arancina, hot Ricotta and Porchetta in Noto
The Arancina, hot Ricotta and Porchetta Festival is organized every year in Granieri, a village in the municipality of Noto, on the occasion of the celebrations in honor of Santa Rita da Cascia.
On the occasion of the Festival, various stands are set up where you can taste the Arancina, warm Ricotta and Porchetta and organize musical and folk performances and entertainment.
