Festival of Arancina, hot Ricotta and Porchetta in Noto
The Arancina, hot Ricotta and Porchetta Festival is organized every year in Granieri, a village in the municipality of Noto, on the occasion of the celebrations in honor of Santa Rita da Cascia.
