Oil Festival in Altofonte
The Oil Festival in Altofonte takes place in December and celebrates extra virgin olive oil, an excellence of the area, together with all the typical local seasonal products.
On the occasion of the event, organized by the Pro loco with the patronage of the Municipality, numerous stands dedicated to typical local products are set up, guided tours of the village and the local oil mills are organized, tastings, conferences, folkloristic and entertainment shows.
