The oil and aromatic herbs festival in Collesano represents a virtuous union between two products of excellence of the area, oil and aromatic herbs.
The oil was produced from land confiscated from the mafia and entrusted to a consortium through a public tender, an "oil of legality" which represents an event of redemption and affirmation for the territory.
The Aromatiche Madonie project stages the food style of the Mediterranean Diet which has its roots in ancient wisdom the use of aromatic herbs to naturally enrich recipes with flavors and aromas that respect human health and the environment.
