Castelvetrano black bread festival

The Castelvetrano Black Bread Festival celebrates a symbol of tradition, industriousness and gastronomic culture of the area: black bread, characterized by its dark color and unique organoleptic qualities.
On the occasion of the event, stands are set up where you can taste the traditional black bread of Castelvetrano in numerous preparations, as well as numerous other typical products of the area including the renowned Nocellara del Belice DOP olive oil.
During the days of the event, guided tours of the monuments and museums are also organised, as well as entertainment for the little ones, musical and entertainment shows.
